Nothing set in stone here folks but the rumour is that Canon is readying a "22 megapixel DSLR that comes in around half the size of the current mkII" Its currently codenamed the mkIII (no surprise there) and apparantly it's already been used in some of Vanity Fair's latest shoots.
Canon is apparantly "readying new lenses to work with the great resolution" no word on truth or pricing as of yet, but we know it'd be expensive. There's also rumours of a new lens fit for this beast.
I have no idea if this is completely true or not, but I'm finding it very hard to believe.
